Val Robinson
Valerie "Val" Robinson (born December 5, 1940 ) is a former New Zealand middle-distance runner .
In 1969 she won silver over 1500 m in 4: 23.0 min at the Pacific Conference Games . The following year she was fourth in the British Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh over the same distance in 4: 21.0 min.
In 1967 and 1969 she was New Zealand champion in cross country , in 1970 over 1,500 m and in 4 km road run .
