The residential building Valencienner Straße 221 is located in the Gürzenich district of Düren in North Rhine-Westphalia on the corner of Kommgartenweg . Only the facade is a listed building .

The house was built according to an inscription in the three emperor year 1888.

The two-storey corner house has an eaves-sided brick facade with two-tone decorative clinker. The gable facade is three-axis with stucco ornaments. Above the central pilaster in the gable field are three round-arched niches , on eagle consoles stand stucco busts of the three German Emperors Wilhelm I , Friedrich III. and Wilhelm II.

The structure is registered under No. 1/074 in the list of monuments of the city of Düren. Although the house is clearly in Gürzenich, it was entered in the list of monuments of the city of Düren not under Gürzenich, but under Düren.
