Valerian hero
Valerian Held (* around 1835; † before 1910) was a German administrative officer.
Life
Valerian Held studied at the University of Wroclaw . In 1854 he became a member of the Corps Marchia Breslau . After completing his studies, he entered the Prussian civil service. In 1871 he was appointed district administrator for the district of Frankenstein (Silesia) . He held the office for 31 years until 1902. In 1892 he was given the status of a secret councilor . After leaving office, he continued to live in Frankenstein until his death .
