Georg Horstmann
Georg Horstmann (born May 23, 1894 in Bielefeld , † November 20, 1940 in Düsseldorf ) was a Prussian administrative lawyer and district administrator .
Life
In 1921 Horstmann was mayor of Xanten . In the years October 4, 1932 to March 25, 1933 he served as acting police chief in Opole . From 1933 to 1934 he was acting district administrator in the district of Frankenstein i. Schles. as well as in the district of Wroclaw . From 1937 to 1940 Horstmann worked as a district administrator in the Rhein-Wupper district .
