The single-tube road tunnel lies between Vallavik in the municipality of Ulvik and Kollanes in the municipality of Voss in the province ( Fylke ) Vestland on the north side of the Hardangerfjord . The tunnel along Riksveier 7 and 13 is 7510 meters long.
