Valsecca
Valsecca ( Lombard : Alsèca ) is a place and was a municipality in the province of Bergamo in Lombardy . Valsecca is located near the Imagna Valley on the border with the province of Lecco . The distance to the provincial capital Bergamo is 26 kilometers. The place is at an altitude of 977 mslm. The local saint is Johannes Markus .
On January 21, 2014, Valsecca was incorporated into Sant'Omobono Terme . On December 31, 2013, the municipality had 436 inhabitants on an area of 5 km². Neighboring communities were Brumano , Carenno (LC), Costa Valle Imagna , Erve (LC), Rota d'Imagna and Sant'Omobono Terme.
