Valther Jensen
Valther Jensen ( Valther Valdemar Jensen: * March 1, 1888 in Copenhagen , † March 15, 1982 in Ordrup Sogn , Gentofte municipality ) was a Danish discus thrower and shot putter .
At the Olympic Games in Antwerp in 1920 he was seventh in the discus throw .
From 1927 to 1929 he was three times in a row Danish champion in discus throw. From 1917 to 1922 he won the national title six times in a row in the two-armed discus throw and in 1916 in the two-armed shot put. He set a national record in discus throwing three times, most recently with 42.09 m on July 22, 1917 in Næstved .
