The Van Loon Glacier is an 11 km long glacier in East Antarctic Victoria Land . It flows from the eastern slopes of the Bowers Mountains between the Rastorgujew and Montigny to the Graveson glacier .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1960 to 1962. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1975 after the South African meteorologist Harry Van Loon, who was on the from 1957 to 1958 Station Little America was operating.
