Velimir Chytil
Velimir Chytil (born July 21, 1925 in Koprivnica , † April 9, 2009 in Zagreb ) was a Croatian puppeteer , founder of a puppet theater and actor .
Life
Chytil played at the puppet theater in Zagreb since 1948 and was one of the initiators who adapted this art form for television, which he supplied with a first play in 1951. In addition to his long career in this field, he played numerous roles on stage and in several films. His name is rendered differently, often as Velimir Hitil .
