Owe Schattauer

Owe Schattauer (born May 27, 1969 ; better known as C-Rebell-um ) is a German musician.

Life

Schattauer grew up in the GDR and founded the rapper duo "United Arrogance" in 1993 together with Sacha Beauvoir. In 1995 the first single was released with "Make Love" on the Swedish label Metronome / Polygram . In Bavaria, according to Schattauer's statement, she was removed from the radio program because of misogyny. In 1997 they switched to the EMI label . In 1997 the second single SINGLE and the accompanying album Das Leben were released in collaboration with Bernd Waldstädt, the producer of Magic Affair . In the same year, Liebe making was covered by Oliver Petszokat . In 1998, the single was dying .

Since 2001 he has been part of the band Paragraph117 and runs the 117Records label.

In 2004 his solo double album Body & Mind - Fate & Luck was released and in 2006 Ein Mann ein Wort. After a six-year hiatus, the album Im Wahrsrausch - Tacheles 1 was released. The music video for In Truthfulness was shown , among others, on Fernsehkritik.TV . The album Tacheles 2 Faces followed a year later.

In 2015 he started making videos from his car, including on political issues such as the refugee crisis . Since then he has also been called the "voice of anger". Interviews and reports on RT Deutsch and NTW followed . Schattauer then became one of the organizers of the Druzhba peace trips to Russia. Schattauer works full-time as an expert in sealing systems.
