The Partia Roma e Bashkuar e Kosovës (short name: PREBK ) is a small party founded in Kosovo in 2000 that primarily represents the interests of the Roma ethnic minority in the country. As such, it is exempt from the five percent clause and is in Parliament represented with one seat. This seat was held by former party leader Zylfi Merxha until 2010 . Albert Kinolli, Merxha's long-term deputy, took his place in 2011. In the parliamentary elections in Kosovo in 2017 , the party won a seat in parliament.
