Verity Spott (* 1987 ) is a British writer , performance artist , publisher and musician .

Verity Spott takes the subjects for her texts, among other things, from the reality that she experiences in her work in social areas such as the disabled and the homeless . In addition to her own writing activities, she runs the independent publisher Iodine Press and organizes readings and performances. She is a member of the Wolf Kid Theater and plays the cello for the jazz trio In Threads . In 2018/2019 Verity Spott was Poet in residence at the University of Surrey .
