Commercial Aviation School

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A Pilot School is a Flight School (Engl. Approved Training Organization short ATO) that their student pilots to airline pilots or commercial pilots formed.

Training at a commercial aviation school prepares you for the exam - in Germany at the Federal Aviation Office - for the commercial pilot license CPL (Commercial Pilot License) or the commercial pilot license ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License).

Training courses that train people without prior flying knowledge directly to become a commercial aircraft pilot are so-called " ab initio " training courses. They are offered by various flight schools, some of which are subsidiaries of airlines.
