The Vertigo Bluff ( English for fear of heights ) is a striking and 1950 m high cliff in the Antarctic Ross Dependency . It rises 6 km south of Asquith Bluff on the west side of the Lennox King Glacier .
Geologists from Ohio State University collected rock samples here during a research trip conducted between 1969 and 1970. The naming they made alludes to the height and steepness of the cliff.
