Conference of the Parties

A Conference of the Parties or Party Conference ( English Conference of the Parties , COP, French Conférence des Parties , CP) in international law the highest body of international conventions and a convention, so as such, under the auspices of the UN or the WHO . All contracting states are invited to participate.
