Administrative association Elbe-Stremme-Fiener
In the administrative community Elbe-Stremme-Fiener of the district of Jerichower Land , 13 communities were united to handle their administrative business. The VG was formed on January 1, 2005 from the municipalities of the dissolved administrative communities Jerichow and Stremme-Nordfiener .
The administrative seat was in the non-administrative community of Genthin .
On January 1, 2010, the administrative community was dissolved. The communities joined together to form the new unified community of the city of Jerichow .
In the administrative community Elbe-Stremme-Fiener 7,942 inhabitants (December 31, 2006) lived on an area of 269.89 km². The last administrative manager was Peter Schwindack.
