history

The beginnings of administrative jurisdiction in Brandenburg lie in Prussia in 1872. The National Socialists , however, eliminated this practically completely. Apart from the short existence of the Brandenburg Administrative Court in Potsdam between 1947 and 1952, there was no administrative jurisdiction in Brandenburg until German unification in 1990. It was not until 1993 that the state government made it organizationally independent.

Courthouse

The court is housed together with other authorities and courts in the Südeck administrative center at Vom-Stein-Straße 27 .
