The Administrative Palace ( Romanian Palatul administrativ ) is a building in Satu Mare , Romania . At 97 m, it is the tallest building in Transylvania and the fourth tallest in the country. It is an example of brutalist architecture .

In addition to the main tower, the building has three smaller towers, which symbolize the three ethnic groups in the Satu Mare district : Romanians , Germans and Hungarians .
