Vic Gonsalves (born October 20, 1887 in the Dutch East Indies , † August 29, 1922 ) was a Dutch football player .

Career

Between 1906 and 1912 he played 86 games for HBS Craeyenhout in The Hague and between 1909 and 1910 three international matches for the Dutch national football team . He made his international debut in 1909 against the Belgian national football team , which the Netherlands won 4-1.

Gonsalves was a reserve player on the football team for the 1912 Summer Olympics in Stockholm , but was not used there.

Gonsalves struggled with health problems from a young age and died early at the age of only 35.
