The Victor Kliff is a steeply sloping and 2.5 km long cliff in the West Antarctic Marie Byrd Land . In the Horlick Mountains , it forms the southwest shoulder of the Long Hills .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1958 to 1960. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1962 after Lawrence J. Victor (* 1936), aurora researcher at Byrd Station in Year 1961.
