Victor Gnanapragasam
Victor Gnanapragasam OMI (born November 21, 1940 in Jaffna , Sri Lanka ) is an Oblate of the Immaculate Virgin Mary and Bishop of the Roman Catholic Church.
He was ordained a priest on December 21, 1966. From Sri Lanka he was sent to Pakistan as a missionary . Since 2002 he served as Prefect Apostolic of Quetta . In the course of the elevation of the Apostolic Prefecture to the Apostolic Vicariate, he was ordained bishop on July 16, 2010 in Karachi by the Apostolic Nuncio Archbishop Adolfo Yllana .
