Vida Ačienė

Vida Ačienė (born August 11, 1963 in Graužai near Nemakščiai , Raseiniai Rajongemeinde ) is a Lithuanian politician and civil servant. She has been a member of the Seimas since November 2016 .

Life

She graduated from the eight-year Pašešuvys School and in 1981 graduated from the Viduklė Middle School . After that she worked for a year. From 1982 to 1987 she completed her diploma studies at the Lietuvos žemės ūkio akademija near Kaunas and became an economist and organizer.

From 1987 she worked as an economist in the sovkhos in Nemakščiai and then at the bank AB “ Ūkio bankas ” in Raseiniai and from May 2000 as the head of the customer service department at AB “ Vilniaus bankas ”. From 2004 her family lived in Vilnius . Ačienė worked at Bank AB " Hansabank " as a sales manager and from 2005 at Nacionalinė mokėjimo agentūra in the Ministry of Agriculture . There she rose from the top specialist in project evaluation to deputy director of the department for village development and fisheries.

Her husband is the politician Remigijus Ačas (* 1962). They have the son Irmantas and the daughter Eglė (wife of basketball player Jonas Valančiūnas ).
