The Viereckhof is a listed farmhouse in Munich . The property was built towards the end of the 13th century , making it the oldest surviving agricultural building in Schwabing . The farm was named after Balthasar Viereck, who is proven to be the owner in 1635 . The Viereckhof is located at Gunezrainerstraße 9 / corner of Feilitzschstraße .

The farm consists of two listed objects. The residential building is a typical Einfirsthof for the Bavarian foothills of the Alps . The building was given its current appearance with clearly recognizable baroque elements in 1787. In the same year the associated business section was built.

Today the building houses seminar rooms of the Catholic Academy in Bavaria .
