architecture
Three-storey plastered building on four axes with windowed jamb under a flat pitched roof ; Long extension at the rear , coupled with that of the neighboring house (No. 147). Horizontally divided by plinth, sill, floor and eaves cornice . A console-supported bay window in a four-pillar corner construction and a baluster-limited balcony attachment as an asymmetrical accent and plastic loosening of the otherwise regular facade . Access to the house from the right axis with a deeply cut entrance niche. Window disposition in regular rows with uniform, high-rectangular window formats with framing that varies from storey to storey. On the ground floor console-supported entablature crowned by segmented gable with keystone ; Entrance framing more powerfully formulated and varying in detail.
On the first floor ear framing with triangular gable and on the second floor a simple profile beam as roofing. The window openings of the jamb are designed as lying rectangles and framed with an unadorned profile frame. All in all, finely modeled stucco ornamentation with eclectic use of Renaissance style elements. In addition to the borders of the openings, parapet and crown decorations , horizontal plaster strips and bucrania between the jamb windows. A protection of the property is in the public interest for urban planning and architectural-historical reasons.
