Viktor Kopp
Viktor Kopp or Viktor Leontyevich Kopp ( Russian Виктор Леонтьевич Копп , born September 17, jul. / 29. September 1880 greg. In Yalta ; † 24. March 1930 in Stockholm ) was a Soviet diplomat and from about 1918 to 1921 in Germany active . At the beginning he was on the staff of the Soviet ambassador Adolf A. Joffe in Germany.
In 1920 Kopp was recognized by the German government as head of the Soviet Repatriation Commission in Berlin .
