Viktor Sidoruk

Viktor Wassiljewitsch Sidoruk (Виктор Васильевич Сидорук; born September 4, 1937 in Lemberg ) is a former Soviet archer .

Sidoruk took part in the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich as the oldest athlete on the Soviet Union team and reached seventh place. A year later, he became world champion with the recurve bow in Grenoble.

After his active career, he worked in Spain and Italy before returning to his native Ukraine in 2001 for the presidency of the association.
