Viktor von Attems-Heiligenkreuz

Viktor Graf von Attems-Heiligenkreuz (born July 27, 1864 in Gorizia , † October 16, 1947 in Millstatt ) was the last Austrian President of the Maritime Authority in Trieste .

Life

Viktor Graf von Attems-Heiligenkreuz was born as the son of Anton August Paul Graf von Attems-Heiligenkreuz (1819–1909) and Josefa Countess Mistruzzi-Freysingher (1830–1909). Viktor Graf Attems married Mathilde Schürer von und zu Waldheim on December 21, 1898 in Vienna. Her daughter is the Austrian painter, draftsman, illustrator and designer Maria Viktoria von Attems .

His older brothers were Heinrich Christian von Attems-Heiligenkreuz , the last Austrian KuK state president in the Duchy of Carniola and Marius Anton von Attems-Heiligenkreuz , the last Austrian KuK governor of Dalmatia .
