Viktoras Justickis

Viktoras Justickis (born April 17, 1941 in Königsberg ) is a Lithuanian forensic psychologist and criminologist , professor at the chair for criminology at the law faculty of the MRU University .

Life

In 1964 Viktoras Justickis graduated from Vilnius University with a degree in philology and worked from 1965 to 1967 as a teacher at the Vievis Middle School . Since 1967 he studied as a trainee at the Institute for Philosophy, Sociology and Law at the Academy of Sciences of Lithuania, then he did his doctorate in Sociology (1977) and worked at the Institute for Forensics as a research assistant (1975-1982), later as a lecturer Lithuanian Police Academy (1982), professor and head of the Department of Psychology (since 1990) at MRU University.

In 1990 Viktoras Justickis completed his habilitation in criminology and from 1991 taught as a professor at the Police Academy. Since 1982 Viktoras Justickis has also been teaching professional ethics and ethics in psychology at the chair for psychology, criminology at the legal institute of the MRU, criminology at the institute for law at the VDU University ( Vytautas Magnus University Kaunas ). His subjects include legal psychology , criminology, innovation psychology , and tax administration psychology . His research interests are forensic psychology, mathematical psychology, criminology and data mining .
