Viktoria Waltz
Viktoria Waltz (* 1944 ) is a German architect , spatial planner and university professor .
From 1973 to 2007 she was a lecturer at the Institute for Spatial Planning at the Technical University of Dortmund . Her fields of work included multi-ethnic space and identity, the stabilization of disadvantaged districts and the participation of disadvantaged groups in the Ruhr area, the social city. Between 1997 and 2000 she worked as a housing policy advisor in the Ministry of Housing for the Palestinian Territories in Gaza and Ramallah.
