Villa Dora

description

The villa , which is a listed building along with its fencing , was built around 1860, and received the conspicuous dormers facing the street around 1891 and the massive veranda in 1932.

The two-storey residential building has symmetrically constructed facades; in the street view, there is a slightly protruding risalit with an attic in the middle . In front of the risalit there is a single-storey veranda with arched windows, while all the other windows are rectangular. The arched windows are the only ones with folding shutters.

In the flat hipped roof above the attic there are two baroque dormer windows , clad with sheet metal on top.

The facades are framed by corner pilaster strips, but the other structure has since been greatly reduced. The windows are framed by sandstone walls.

The enclosure consists of gothic iron fence panels between sandstone pillars.
