description
The two-storey, today under monument protection standing Villa is "one of the best Art Nouveau villas Radebeul", built in the years 1904/1905, the enclosure of the 1906th
The building, which was renovated in 1994–1996, stands on a slope below the vineyards ( Friedensburg vineyard ), high above the road secured by a syenite stone wall. In the southeast corner of the building there is a semicircular tower with the same dome and a square lantern with a point.
Above the quarry stone basement level, differently plastered floors rise, the rough plaster wall surfaces are structured by narrow smooth plaster strips on the building corners, eaves and the base cornice. In addition, some windows are accentuated with floral or figurative motifs. The balcony grilles of the wooden verandas with balconies also show this Art Nouveau style.
On the retaining wall there are wave-shaped grids as a fence, in the retaining wall there is an Art Nouveau lattice gate.
In the garden of the villa, which is also protected as a monument, there is a large bowl fountain ( ancillary facility under monument preservation ).
In 1997, the owners were awarded a Radebeul builder award in the renovation category.
