Villa Goebel

The Villa Göbel is located at Dr.-Külz-Straße 2 in the Niederlößnitz district of the Saxon city of Radebeul . The building was designed by the architect Felix Sommer , who works for the construction company Adolf Neumann . In February 1902, Neumann submitted the building application for his client Friedrich Göbel, which was approved in May of that year. The construction inspection of the building marked with the date 1903 took place in September 1904.

The two-storey rental villa , including the fencing, is listed on a corner plot on the northern side of Meißner Straße, with the narrow side facing the garden there. The plastered building rests on a rubble stone base, the edges of which are framed by sandstones. The upper floor is adorned with decorative trusses, some of which have been subsequently plastered over. At the top of the building sits a high, hipped roof .

In the longer street view towards Dr.-Külz-Straße and on the back of the building there is a central projection with a far projecting half-hipped roof. The entrance porch in the north, i.e. left side view, is a quarry stone altan . There is a veranda to the south towards Meißner Straße .
