The Cobark River is a river in the east of the Australian state of New South Wales .

It rises northeast of the Barrington Tops National Park . From there it flows first east through unpopulated area to Cobark and then southeast to its confluence with the Barrington River south of the Bowman State Forest .

East of Cobark, the Cobark River takes the Dilgry River coming from the north .
