Villa Giulia , also called Villa Flora, is a park in Palermo . It is located east of the botanical garden between it and the Foro Italico . From the Foro Italico, a portico with bronze lions leads into the park.

Villa Giulia was built in 1778 outside the city walls, making it Palermo's first public park. The park takes its name from Giulia, the wife of the Viceroy Guevara at the time. In addition to the botanical garden, Goethe also visited this park during his stay in Palermo.

In 1872, four exedra in the neoclassical style designed by Giuseppe Damiani Almeyda were erected on the central square . In the middle of the square is a fountain with a sundial in the shape of a dodecahedron . There are other fountains in the park, including the Fontana del Genio by Ignazio Marabitti in 1778.
