Villa Heinrich-Zille-Strasse 47

description

The etched glass together in the porch under monument protection standing villa has a plaster base of the building, two residential floors and a flat, slated hipped roof . The building, which faces the street on its long side, has a size of four to two window axes. In the main view, there is a slightly protruding risalit in the middle , in front of which there was an old extension in the 2000s. Today this is eliminated.

The plastered facades have Gesimsgliederung on and at the edges corner pilaster strips , on the ground floor as Eckquaderung . The windows are framed by profiled sandstone walls, in the street view as a decorative facade with roofs. Most of the windows are framed by shutters.

One of the remarkable building details in the hallway is a "ceramic floor covering with a spatial illusionistic effect."

The enclosure is a lancet fence with sandstone pillars.
