The Villa Henriette is located in the Oberlößnitz district of the Saxon city of Radebeul , at Sachsenstrasse 22. It was built in 1896 by the Dresden butcher Ferdinand Lindner as an apartment building.

The under monument protection standing rental villa is a two-story stucco building with a gabled roof , the traufständig is oriented to the street. The plaster structure was subsequently simplified. The windows are framed by sandstone walls and accentuated by horizontal roofs as well as profiled sills in the main view , some on consoles. The roofs in the risalit are crowned by triangular or round gable fields with stucco decorations.
