description

The eineinhalbgeschossige under monument protection standing cottage-like villa in the Swiss style has a mezzanine-like jamb under the far overhanging, flat inclined verschieferten gable roof . The building stands at the eaves on a polygonal masonry base.

In the street view there is a full-storey, three-axle dwarf house with a hipped roof , the eaves of which are supported by wooden consoles . A veranda with an exit on top is located under the dwelling in front of the facade .

The reduced plastered structure with sandstone structure lost its original plaster structure during a renovation in 1916 by the architects Schnauder & Rohn. However, corner pilaster strips have recently been added again.

At the rear there is a side wing with the same eaves height as the main house, but with a lower ridge height .

The enclosure is an iron fence between sandstone pillars.
