Villa Meta

description

The listed villa is located at the northern end of a south-facing corner property facing Blumenstrasse. The park garden there was probably the property planned as house number 7 on Karlstraße, as this is missing towards Villa Viktoria (Karlstraße 5).

The single-storey residential building stands on a high basement floor and has a developed, formerly slate-covered platform roof. In the symmetrical, five-axis street view facing Karlstrasse, there is a three-axis, two-storey central projection with an attic , adorned at the corners by small obelisks. In contrast to the otherwise rectangular windows, there are arched windows in the risalit. In front of the risalit there is a veranda open to the street; the front girder of the outlet on it lies on the side on pillars and is supported by two cast iron supports in between.

In the left view of the garden there is an extension that was subsequently added to two floors. Next to this as well as the main floor there are dormer windows . The entrance porch is in the right side view.

The smooth plastered building is structured by cornices and corner blocks. The windows are framed by sandstone walls with keystones .

The enclosure consists of lancet fence fields between sandstone pillars.
