description

The under monument protection standing villa for rent , also known as Villa addressed is a one-story house with a jamb , on a pitched roof . The building stands on the northeast corner plot of Blumenstrasse / Horst-Viedt-Strasse, the eaves facing south facing Blumenstrasse. In this stands a two-storey central projection with a curved, richly decorated gable. To the right of the risalit stands a wooden single-storey veranda , richly decorated with wood carvings and etched panes.

The house stands on a quarry stone base so that the ground floor is the mezzanine floor. In the left side view, a polygonal balcony stands out from Horst-Viedt-Straße as an entrance porch. The smooth plastered building is now of a simplified structure. The windows are framed by profiled sandstone walls, these are accompanied by sills on consoles and roofs. Numerous stucco ornaments can be found above this. In the risalit in particular, the windows on both storeys are combined to form triple windows in the form of a Palladi motif ; on the mezzanine floor crowned by a triangular gable with ornamentation and adorned under the sills with ornament fields up to the floor ledge. On the upper floor, the window crowned with a decorative field is vaulted by the curved, ornate gable, with two oval windows and a similar decorative field. There are also truncated pyramids and other decorative elements.
