The Villa Roma in Munich is one of the oldest brothels in the city and is located in the north of the Schwabing district . The building was built in the early 1950s, initially served as a warehouse and was later used as the Liftec production hall for elevators. In 1997 the property was acquired for the erotic area. A year later, the CSU and the car manufacturer Toyota tried to prevent the planned opening. Despite initial difficulties and the most restrictive restricted area in Germany, the Villa Roma brothel opened that same year. Since then, celebrities have also been visiting the establishment. The Munich brothel has been working with an advertising agency on an extensive marketing and advertising campaign since mid-2014 . A new CI / CD was published for the public appearance and the website was relaunched with the help of new design guidelines. For the advertising campaign, the club decided on the porn actress Markéta Štroblová alias " Little Caprice ".

The brothel has served as a backdrop for film and television several times over the years. Most recently, UFA-Fiction used the Munich establishment for public service ZDF productions as the set of the series SOKO Munich (until 2015 SOKO 5113). According to CSU MdB Johannes Singhammer, the house in the north of Munich was banned in 1998. It is known across Europe.

The two-storey building houses a raised whirlpool area, a lounge area and a winter garden . The rooms are decorated according to different themes - Orient, Safari, Victorian - and mostly equipped with a whirlpool. The Villa Roma is operated as a brothel / night club.
