Vincent Purkart (born June 25, 1936 in Montargis , † November 11, 2015 ) was a French table tennis player . He was mainly known for his table tennis shows.

Career

Purkart only started playing table tennis when he was 15 years old. Purkart was nominated for world championships three times, namely in 1963 , 1965 and 1967 . In 1965 he took first place in the French rankings.

From 1970 he presented numerous table tennis shows worldwide with Jacques Secrétin before he stopped in December 1996 for health reasons.
