Virginia Ramey Mollenkott

Virginia Ramey Mollenkott (* 28. January 1932 ) is an American author and retired high school teacher .

Life

After finishing school, Mollenkott began studying at university. After graduating, she got a job at William Paterson University in Wayne , New Jersey , where she taught literature . Mollenkott wrote several books on LGBT issues and on issues of feminism in Christianity as well as in the Bible . Mollenkott is a member of Evangelical and Ecumenical Women's Caucus and Christian Lesbians OUT .

Mollenkott lives in New Jersey with her partner Suzannah Tilton.
