The Virgins is the name of an American rock band that was formed in 2005.

Career

She comes from New York City and was best known for her song Rich Girls , which was one of the top 100 from the music magazine Rolling Stone in 2008 and was also used in the television series Gossip Girl and Castle . In 2007 the band released their first EP , followed a year later by their debut album The Virgins . The Virgins is currently under contract with Warner Music . The band broke up in November 2013.

The Virgins gave a concert in the Kurhaus Baden-Baden at the SWR3 NewPop Festival in September 2009 .
