Vittorio Crucillà

Vittorio Crucillà (* 1917 in Catania ; † July 4, 2008 ) was an Italian journalist and film director .

Crucillà, who mainly worked as a journalist, directed the medium-length film Tragica alba a Dongo about the capture and death of Benito Mussolini in 1949/1950 based on his own book , which was shown at the Torino Film Festival , but was rarely distributed.

As a journalist, Crucillà founded the magazine Cinecorriere and accompanied Italian filmmaking for several decades.
