Vivento Technical Services (VTS) is a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom Vivento founded in July 2004 as a GmbH & Co. KG . It offers installation and service in the areas of fixed network (network planning for digital system technology) and mobile communications. At the same time, with the establishment of VTS, the communications network division of Network Projects & Services GmbH with around 350 employees, including their applicable collective bargaining agreements (MTV and general pay agreement), was transferred to the newly founded company. As a result, the employees who were transferred in the VTS received 10% less wages for the same work than before as employees at Telekom.

At the end of 2004 it had 400 employees and around 1,000 temporary and temporary workers from Vivento ; first quarter 2006: 1,900 plus 500 contract and temporary workers. Around 80 percent of the orders still come from the Telekom Group.

On January 1, 2008, the company was sold to Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN), a joint venture between Nokia and Siemens. At the same time, Telekom and NSN have signed managed services contracts worth around EUR 300 million for the next five years. Protection against dismissal applies for one year after the transfer of operations; after that, jobs fall away. On the basis of the merger agreement dated August 27, 2012, VTS was merged with Deutsche Telekom.
