Vivian Wu
Vivian Wu ( Chinese 邬 君 梅 , Pinyin Wū Jūnméi , also Junmei Wu ; born February 5, 1966 in Shanghai , People's Republic of China ) is an American actress of Chinese origin.
biography
Her film career began at Shanghai Film Studios at the age of 15. She later studied at Hawaii Pacific University . She impersonated one of her first film roles in the monumental film The Last Emperor (1987), which won nine Academy Awards , by Bernardo Bertolucci . Vivian Wu worked in the films Between Heaven and Hell (1993) by Oliver Stone , Dinner Rush (2000) by Bob Giraldi, Red Skies (2002) by John Woo and Chinaman (2005) by Henrik Ruben Genz. For Eve and the Fire Horse (2005) by Julia Kwan, Wu was nominated for the Genie Award for best supporting actress in 2007.
She also had guest appearances in the series JAG - On behalf of honor , Ghost Whisperer - Voices from the Beyond , Highlander , Tales from the Crypt , Secret Agent Man , Millennium , F / X: The Series , Vanishing Son , LA Law - Star lawyers, tricks, processes and emergency room - the emergency room .
