Vladimír Šrámek
Vladimír Šrámek (born March 10, 1923 in Košice , † February 17, 2004 ) is a Slovak composer .
Šrámek studied at the Prague Conservatory . From 1953 to 1963 he worked in the music department of the National Museum , after which he lived as a freelance composer.
In addition to an orchestral overture, Šrámek composed almost exclusively works for chamber music , including seven metamorphoses , a nonet, three wind quintets, a string quartet, an alto maya fragment for voice and chamber ensemble and two pantomimes with instruments and vocals.
