Vladimír Goněc
Vladimír Goněc (born March 12, 1950 in Brno , Czechoslovakia ) is a Czech-Slovak historian and political scientist. He specializes in the history of culture , the history of ideas , the history of the law and the history of European integration . He is one of the founders of the Sigmund Neumann Institute for Freedom and Democracy Research eV in Dresden. He works at Masaryk University in Brno ( Czech Republic ).
