Vladimír Novák (born February 28, 1904 in Chlum u Třeboně , † April 28, 1986 ) was a Czechoslovak cross-country skier .

Novák, who worked as an architect and urban planner in Prague, took 12th place over 18 km at the 1928 Winter Olympics in St. Moritz . Four years later he won the 14th place over 18 km and 11th place over 50 km at the Winter Olympics in Lake Placid . He had his greatest success the following year at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Innsbruck . There he won the silver medal with the relay. He completed his last international race at the 1936 Winter Olympics in Garmisch-Partenkirchen . There he ran to 19th place over 50 km. He was also three times Czechoslovak champion.
