Vladimir Weigl
Vladimir Weigl (born July 28, 1950 in Bucharest ) is a German film, television and theater actor. In 1988 he was awarded the Federal Film Prize. Weigl is a member of the German Film Academy .
From 1972 to 1973 Vladimir Weigl was married to the actress Katharina Thalbach ; from this marriage the actress Anna Thalbach emerged. Vladimir Weigl's sister Sanda Weigl is also an actress and singer. The actress and director Helene Weigel , Bertolt Brecht's widow , is a cousin of his father Egon Weigl.
